This Sprayer Used For:

• Herbicides – easy way to get rid of weeds, grass growing in the cracks of the cement or any plant growing in an unwanted area.
• Pesticides – use different spray patterns on your plants for fungicide or pesticide application.
• General Household Cleaning – Using warm water and detergent (no toxic chemicals!) you can clean household items such as countertops, windows, toys, pet supplies, etc.
• General Outdoor Cleaning – it can be used with detergent for cleaning of patio furniture, cleaning windows, etc.  It is not a power washer.

Do NOT use for household cleaning if you have used it for pesticides or herbicides!

Capacity of the Tank:

This sprayer has a tank capacity of 4 gallons.

Pump Style:

Piston – hand pump.  The pump handle can be installed on either the right or left hand side of the tank.

Nozzles:

This sprayer comes with one brass nozzle.

Distance of the Spray:

You can spray a horizontal stream of 23 feet and a vertical stream of 25 feet.

PSI:

PSI ranges from 40 – 60 PSI, all depending on how much you pump the handle.

Hose

The hose from the tank to the wand is a 48 inch reinforced clear PVC hose.

Wand

The wand is 20 inches in length.  No extension is available.

Shoulder Straps

The unit comes with shoulder straps, but when you have the tank full, you might prefer the 61900 as it has thicker, more comfortable straps.

Internal Filter to prevent  clogs

This unit as a 3-step filtration system to prevent powders and various debris from getting into the wand and plugging up the nozzle and piston parts.

Spray distance is dependent on many factors such as adjusted nozzle orifice size, tank pressure, wind interference and angle of inclination. Spray distances may vary based on user’s specific application.

Where the sprayer is made?

Various components are made in other countries but the complete assembly of the unit is in the United States.

Can you put bleach in it?

Can be used for disinfection only when using a diluted mixture of bleach per the CDC guidelines. CDC states: 5 tbsp (1/3 C) of bleach per gallon of room-temperature water or 4 tsp of bleach per quart of room-temperature water.    The Chapin 61575  product would be a better option.

Can you put paint in it?

No.

Can you use it as a pressure washer?

No.
